On February 15, 2018 the head of the diplomatic mission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, H. E. <\/span>Mr. Temirtai Izbastin, visited the Regional Administration of Plovdiv and met with the Governor Zdravko Dimitrov.<\/p>\n

During his visit Mr. Izbastin was accompanied by the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kazakhstan \u2013 Mr. <\/span>Mitko Solakov. Vice G<\/span>overnors Ms.<\/span> Evelina Apostolova, Mr. <\/span>Petar Petrov and Mr. <\/span>Dimitar Kerin, as well as the Secretary General Mr. <\/span>Borislav Dimov, also <\/span>took part in the meeting.<\/p>\n

Mr. Temmitai Izbastin discussed with the Regional Governor the opportunities for economic and cultural relations, for bilateral business contacts and partnership between the educational institutions in Plovdiv Region<\/span> and Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n

T<\/span>he Ambassador said that a major event, which will take place in March under the auspices of the International Organization of Turkic Culture TURKSOY, is being prepared. With two spectacular concerts in Plovdiv and Sofia will be presented the cultural values \u200b\u200band the historical heritage of Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n

Mr.<\/span> <\/span>Zdravko Dimitrov handed to H.E.<\/span> Mr. Izbastin the honorary plaque of the Plovdiv Region<\/span> <\/span>expressing his wish for future beneficial cooperation.<\/p>\n
